This logo I created as part of the Harris Roberts #dailylogochallenge.  The solution was to create a modern style logo for a cloud computing startup called “Cumulus”.

Naturally, the cloud was a bit cliche choice, but I knew I could add some flair.  While I thought about options, I remember being inspired by the “Intel Inside” logo long ago.

I wanted to create something as playful as that, and that’s how this was created. I think with a quirky font, but rounded to compliment the clouds with a halftone offset oval was going to look great.
